The DMC module adds specific functionality that is exclusively relevant to companies managing incoming tourism. As the acting ambassador of your tour operator clients, all your efforts will go to waste if your client has a poor opinion of the service they receive on the ground. The flights module allows you to store complex information about passenger flights. If the tour operator permits, you will be able to see store all the intricacies of the PNR including fare basis, fare rules and airline locator information. This can be very useful when dealing with flight changes and cancelations as well as when managing emergency situations. This information will also allow you to be able to manage requests such as special needs, seat selection and dietary prefences for passengers on the ground.
At a more basic level, the system will store flight arrival and departure times, terminal information and any special requirements for individual flights. You will be able to allocate meet and greet representatives for different flights and generate passenger manifests for multiple passengers from different tour operators arriving on the same flight.
Knowing where your guests are at any given time is paramount to your business success. Many DMCs provide multiple services to guests in resort, but frequently, this does not map out in a single specific itinerary for each passenger. You will be able to determine the location of any passenger at the touch of a button based on their itinerary information.
Use this module to arrange meet and greet services, schedule rep visits, communicate with guests and organise transportation.
As a DMC you must have a firm grip over the location and schedules of your staff. We have built a powerful staff scheduling system that uses google maps. The system will allow you to place the right staff in the right place taking into account traffic, time of day, the duties of the staff member and the demands of the passenger.
