All calls can be recorded and we have all the processes and technology in place to ensure you are GDPR compliant. We even have functionality in built that allows you to take payments on the phone which are fully compliant with GDPR.
iOS and Android Apps
We have apps on iOS and Android that allow you to use you business telephone infrastructure from anywhere in the world. Using their smartphone, any user can login to their extension and make and receive calls on the internal number and direct dial as if they were sitting in the office.
Mobile
We offer a sim card which uses all 4 networks in the UK in the same way that someone roaming in the UK from abroad would. Unlike being limited to one operator’s network infrastructure our mobile platform will always have connectivity if there is a signal from any of the 4 networks.
